“I am passionate about my art and aim to paint everyday. There is always room for growth and learning. I most love painting landscapes and am particularly intrigued by how light creates mood. The landscape can be anything that catches my attention: country, city or water. My goal is to try and get the emotion of the scene across to the viewer by matching the mood with my brushwork, color palette and value range. I enjoy painting outside but I also love painting in the studio where I have more time for reflection.”
