After being chosen in an international competition for works using watercolor as the dominant medium, Marla Greenfield‘s “All Star Huddle” is now featured in The Art of Watercolour magazine. “I intentionally try to heighten the colors I see with the paints in my palette,” she says. “I often like to zoom in on my subjects, leading to intimate portraits, closely drawing the viewer in. This is evident in my florals and still lifes.”
