This series is a vast meditation on the loss of loved ones and the transmutation
that occurs when we honor those who matter most. Working with gold and silver gilding,
Peek layers these elements with digital composites, ultimately finalizing her images on a
semi-translucent vellum. The show, dedicated to her son, is an
uplifting celebration of lives well lived and those who love them.
